18ct white gold dress ring, centrally set with fine octaganol blue Ceylon Sapphire 1.37ct, with eight Baguette cut diamonds set in shoulders 0.28ct total.  Diamond quality, Colour G, Clarity VVS approximately.  Finger size M1/2
