Is the packaging of my C J Vinten online purchase discreet?
All gifts arrive in the C J Vinten branded boxes and delivered in the discreet non-branded outer packaging.

What is the C J Vinten Return/Exchange Policy?
Jewellery will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and is accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return.
Kindly note that C J Vinten does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved and customised pieces.
Is engraving available?
C J Vinten does offer engraving services, on items purchased in-store and/or client’s own items of jewellery/silverware.“contact us” for more information
What are the different engraving styles and prices?
Engraving Styles and Pricing:
Hand Engraving: Hand engraving is the art of removing metal through the use of manual tools. Each piece is unique, allowing for the different character of each engraver.
Price: The charge for this service is £25 for 0-10 characters, and £2 for each additional
Monogramming: a monogram is a traditional design that personalises an item with the owner’s initials. C J Vinten monograms are hand engraved for a one-of-a-kind, heirloom effect.
Prices depend on style and size, starting from £50 for 1 initial.
Machine Engraving: this technique is perfect for stainless steel items such as watches.
Prices start from £20
Please note that Cufflinks are engraved more than once, therefore prices are altered specifically.
Can I get non C J Vinten items repaired?
C J Vinten offers on-site repairs in their secure workshop. Repairs can vary from; altering a ring size to replacing missing stones to fixing silverware.
How long does it take to have an item of jewellery repaired?
Our experts will assess your piece and the work required, following this, the work will typically take 10-14 working days to complete.
What happens if my brand new C J Vinten item has broken?
In the unlikely event that one of our brand new items of jewellery breaks within 1 year, our experts will assess the damage. If the damage is due to a fault in manufacturing we will repair accordingly free of charge.
Does C J Vinten offer a Valuation service?
C J Vinten offers an in-house Valuation for Insurance and Valuation for Probate service. If you require a Valuation for Insurance carried out by a Registered Valuer, then C J Vinten can arrange this service for you.
How much does C J Vinten charge for Valuations?
Valuation for Insurance: Full report including security check, clean and photographs, £50 for one item and £15 per additional item.
Valuation for Insurance Registered Valuer: Full report including security check, clean and photographs, 1.5% of final value.
Re-Valuation on C J Vinten items: Starting from £30
Valuation for Probate: £30 for one item and additional £2.50 per item
