All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Delivery charges are complimentary for orders over £1,000.

Please allow 3 working days for alterations.  Items on special order may take longer.  You can confirm the status of your order and shipment by contacting us on 01702 713645.

Currently we are unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom.


Returns & Exchanges

You may Return or Exchange any jewellery or gifts you receive from C J Vinten Goldsmiths if it is not to your satisfaction and we will refund or send you an alternative piece.

C J Vinten Goldsmiths will refund the cost of the item(s) that are returned by the Customer as long as they are not worn, or damaged. We at C J Vinten Goldsmiths guarantee the best customer satisfaction possible.


Step by step Return/Exchange guide

1.) If you wish to Return/Exchange your item(s) please email us at: info@cjvinten.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with your reasons.
Please allow us 2 working days to respond to you.

2.) Once you have received confirmation from us, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.

Please note that unidentified Returns/Exchanges may be returned back to the sender.

Please also do note that shipping costs cannot be refunded. All purchases made through our site must be returned to C J Vinten Goldsmiths.

We request that all goods are returned within 10 days of issuing your Return/Exchange.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of C J Vinten Goldsmiths and can only be exchanged for a credit on other items from the site or in store.

C J Vinten Goldsmiths will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway. We cannot take any responsibility for any items damaged during transit between us and the customer. If any item has been damaged upon receipt of the product, customers should let us know straight away by either phone or email on the same day. We can then discuss a refund or a replacement piece.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 10 days of receiving the Return/exchange confirmation.


Refunds and Credits

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Alternatively, you can request a C J Vinten credit to be used against future purchases on our website.
